Compass Bank declares jihad on my online account
InternetAfter utterly butchering my online banking account today as I tried to have them set up access to both my personal account and business account through a single username - I am now completely locked out of both! - I thought the following message was quite fitting when I went to activate an account:

Totally the opposite of my bank - I set up a business account with my existing bank and kept having to reset my password for telephone banking after getting it wrong each time. Finally I figured out that they were using the same passwords for both accounts and one was resetting the other each time I called. Needless to say, I closed these accounts soon enough...
